Waveform is an offline media player for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and iPhone Duo. This policy applies to Waveform across all supported platforms and devices.

Data Collection
The Waveform developer does not collect, sell, or use your personal information for advertising. Waveform does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

Your Media and Library
Your media files, artwork, metadata, playlists, settings, and playback information remain stored locally on your devices. Waveform does not upload your media library to iCloud or to servers operated by the Waveform developer.

Local Network Access
Waveform may use your local network to discover supported devices and transfer selected audio or video files between your devices and Apple TV. These transfers occur directly over your local network. Your files and transfer activity are not collected by the Waveform developer or sent to developer-operated servers.

Photos
If you choose to save artwork or a Now Playing image to your photo library, Waveform requests permission to add that image. Waveform does not access or collect other photos from your library.

Siri and CarPlay
On supported devices, Waveform may integrate with Siri and CarPlay to provide playback controls and voice commands. These features are handled using Apple’s system services. Waveform does not receive or store your Siri recordings.

Apple Watch
Waveform may communicate with its Apple Watch app to provide access to supported library and playback features. Related data remains within Waveform and Apple’s device communication services.

Internet Access
An internet connection is not required for normal media playback. Waveform does not upload your media or library through an iCloud sharing service. Waveform does not provide developer-operated user accounts, advertising, or subscription services.

Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated if Waveform’s features or privacy practices change. The latest version will remain available in Waveform Settings.
